ENGAGE NETWORK EXPERTS TO REFINE GROWTH ACTIONS

Screen BWAN

Assign members of your expert network to build your client's Value Growth Advisor Team. These experts will have direct access to review client evaluation results online and prepare to meet with client leadership to establish specific value growth actions.

Network advisors may base their specific growth actions on diagnostic results or author them from scratch within the EvaluSys platform.

COLLECT BASELINE METRICS REFLECTING CURRENT BUSINESS PERFORMANCE AND VALUE

Screen Baseline Metrics

Financial metrics reflecting current client performance will be defined within EvaluSys.

Current business enterprise value assumptions will be input to develop an as-is business value projection for the client.

DEFINE VALUE CONTRIBUTION OF RECOMMENDED GROWTH ACTIONS

Screen Earnings Contribution

Network Advisors will be asked to identify how each individual recommended Value Growth Action will contribute to growth of the client's enterprise value over a 5-year planning horizon.

Value contribution will include:

  • Increased Earnings
  • Improved Quality of Earnings
  • Required Investment (to complete the recommended action)

The combined value contribution of all Value Growth Actions will be illustrated in a 5-Year Enterprise Value Growth Projection. The earnings and investment components will be plotted on a 2-Year Investment Vs. Earnings Growth Projection.

PRIORITIZE GROWTH ACTIONS TO ACHIEVE CLIENT GROWTH GOALS

Screen Earnings Contribution

Once the value contribution of all recommended Value Growth Actions is defined, Return-On-Investment (ROI) and other related metrics will allow the client to select all or some of those recommended actions for execution, and determine the desired timing for those actions.

The client may also choose to adjust the value contribution assumptions of each Value Growth Action (upward or downward) to reflect their own expectations.

These changes will automatically be reflecting in the 5-Year Enterprise Value Growth Projection and the 2-Year Investment Vs. Earnings Growth Projection.
